Have a question? Go to the Answer Center, where you can get an answer from other eBay members. Everyone can browse existing answers, but you’ll need to register if you want to post a question or answer.
Finding the Answer Center
Here's how to find the Answer Center:Place your mouse over the “Community” button at the top of most eBay pages.
From the drop-down menu, click the “Answer Center” link.
Finding answered questions
Before you ask your question, find out if someone has already answered it. Here's how:Type a few keywords into the search box, and click the Ask button.
Scroll down to the search results section to see if there’s a related question and answer.
Asking a question
If after clicking on some questions, you can’t find an answer:Under the list of questions, click the “Ask New Question” link.
Type your question in the “Question Title” box. You can add more information about your question in the “Question Description” box.
To spell check your question, click the ABC icon button. To receive an email when someone responds to your question, select the “Watch this question” check box.
To see how your question will look when it’s posted, click the Preview button. To make changes, click the Edit button.
To post the question, click the Post Message button.
