Update: January 2009 Carrier Rate Changes
New UPS rates take effect January 5, 2009 and new USPS rates on January 18, 2009. Rates in the eBay shipping calculator will be updated at midnight on the day the changes take affect. Good news: USPS® is introducing a new, smaller Priority Mail flat-rate box for the same rate as a flat-rate envelope. This new service will be added as an option in the eBay listing flows in late January, 2009.
