If you’re looking for cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, powersports, parts & accessories or other vehicles, you can find them on eBay Motors. eBay Motors includes some of the search features you find on eBay, plus additional search options tailored specifically to vehicles.
Here are some of the ways you can search on eBay Motors:
Type of Search
Description
Search all of eBay Motors
Searches through all vehicles and parts & accessories listed on eBay Motors. You can search by keyword, title and description, category, price range, and more.
Category search
To search a specific area, choose an area from the pull-down menu, such as Boats. You can search by make, model, year, and location, in addition to searching by keyword, title and description, and completed listings (listings that have ended).
Items by seller
Searches for items that a particular seller is selling. You can choose to include completed listings.
Items by bidder
Searches for items that a particular bidder is bidding on. You can choose to include completed listings and limit to items only if the bidder is the high bidder.
By item number
Searches for a specific item number. You can find a vehicle or part by typing the eBay Motor’s item number into the search box to go directly to that vehicle or part listing.
By distance from you
Finds vehicles close to you that are listed in Motors Classified Ads or Local Market . This way, you can see the vehicle before buying and you don't have to worry about shipping. You can usually meet the seller and may be able to negotiate the price.
As with other Classified Ads, your purchase is outside of eBay, so you won't be able to use the eBay Feedback or problem resolution services.
There are a couple of ways to find Motors Classified Ads.
Click Motors at the top-right of most eBay pages.
In the search section near the top of the page, click Advanced Search.
Enter information for the vehicle you're looking for.
Under "Items near me," enter the number of miles you're willing to travel to pick up your vehicle and your ZIP code, or select the closest city from the drop-down menu.
To shop with a Classified Ad, you'll see "Classified Ad" in the search results listing description.
You may also see a tab that says "Local Classifieds," which displays only local classified ads.
When you find a vehicle you like, give the seller a call or send email, or enter any personal information they've requested so they can contact you.
In the search section near the top of the page:
after "in," select a category from the pull-down menu
in the search box, you can add a keyword if you like
In the search results, you'll see a section called Find Local Vehicles.
Enter the number of miles you're willing to travel to pick up your car, and your ZIP code.
