What is the Promotion?
Invited sellers (“Sellers”) who first activate the offer, and pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein, sell one (1) or more watch within the Watches Category for at least $2,000 but no more than $9,999.99 (excluding shipping, handling, taxes, and any other fees paid by the buyer) during the Promotion Period (‘Qualifying Sale’), are eligible to earn an eBay Coupon (“Coupon”)(the “Promotion”). The Coupon will be valued at the item’s final value fee. The coupon can only be redeemed in the Watches Category on items purchased for at least $2,000 but no more than $9,999.99. All Watches must go through the eBay Authentication Guarantee Program.

This Promotion is available to Sellers who: (i) received an email and/or message in My eBay; (ii) activated the Promotion from the invitation email or on the Promotion landing page; and (iii) meet eBay’s minimum seller performance standards. Please sign in to My eBay and view your Seller Dashboard to verify whether your account is currently meeting the standards.
When is it?
The Promotion will begin on Wednesday, November 18, 2020, at 00:00:01 PT (12:00AM plus one second), and will end on Sunday, January 17, 2021, at 23:59:59 PT (11:59PM plus 59 seconds), for listings on www.ebay.com (“Promotion Period”). Sellers who complete a final sale of at least $2,000 but no more than $9,999.99, and receive payment in full for the item(s) from the buyer by 23:59:59 PT on Sunday, January 17, 2021 will be eligible to earn a Coupon.
How do I earn the eBay Coupon?
If an item from a Qualifying Sale is sold by Sunday, January 17, 2021 for at least $2,000 but no more than $9,999.99, excluding shipping, handling, taxes, and any other fees paid by the buyer, and has passed the Authentication Guarantee process, a Coupon equivalent to the items final value fee s will be issued.
The eBay Coupon will be awarded within 2 to 4 weeks after eBay determines (in its sole discretion) that Seller has successfully met all Promotion qualifications. Once awarded, the Coupon will also be available in the "Messages" tab within "My eBay". The Coupon is not transferable. The Coupon is subject to other terms and conditions. Limit of one (1) Coupon per eligible, participating seller. Users will have until the date listed on the Coupon to redeem on www.ebay.com.
An item is defined as listed when it is posted for sale on eBay.com and the listing is maintained until 1) the item sells or 2) the end of the listing period is reached. An item is defined as sold when it is paid for in full by a buyer.
How will the final value fee be calculated?
Sellers not on eBay managed payments
The final value fee is calculated as a percentage of the total amount of the sale. The total amount of the sale is the amount the buyer pays, including any shipping and handling charges. Sales tax is not included in the calculation. View your applicable selling fees page for full details.

- Watches that sell for $10,000 and above and/or any transactions via escrow.com are excluded from the Promotion.
- Seller will only be able to redeem Coupon when purchasing items from the Watches Category for at least $2,000 but no more than $9,999.99.
- Only Sellers whose accounts meet eBay's minimum seller performance standards are eligible. Please sign in to My eBay and view your Seller Dashboard to verify whether your account is currently meeting the standards. Find out more about seller performance standards.
- All listings must comply with eBay policies, including eBay's Duplicate Listing policy that allows for the removal of duplicate fixed price listings.
- For sellers not on eBay managed payments any applicable PayPal fees will still apply. For sellers on eBay managed payments, any applicable international fees will still apply.
- Transactions deemed fraudulent by eBay (in its sole discretion) related to this Promotion will not be eligible for the Coupon. Fraudulent transactions include, but are not limited to, transactions involving items sold at artificially high prices.
- Coupon(s) must be redeemed within ninety (90) days of issue date.

The Coupon is The Coupon will expire at 11:59:59 PM PT on the date shown on the Coupon. Discount applies to the purchase price (excluding shipping, handling, and taxes) of an eligible item on eBay.com. Eligible items are only watches purchased from the Watches Category for at least $2,000 but no more than $9,999.99, and exclude warranties and protection plans. The Coupon is not eligible for escrow transactions.
Coupon can be used once within a single transaction (or cart), while supplies last. Max one-time use. Only eBay users registered with an address located in the United States are eligible for the Coupon. Any unused difference between discount amount, as shown on the Coupon, and the purchase price of item(s) in a single transaction (or cart) will be forfeited. Coupon does not apply to auction-style listings or purchases made through the Best Offer feature.
Coupon is subject to U.S laws, void where prohibited, not redeemable for cash, has no face value, and cannot be combined with any other Coupon, or when paying with PayPal Credit Easy Payments or Gift Cards. eBay may cancel, amend, or revoke the Coupon at any time.
