Is eBay Seller Hub free to use?
eBay Seller Hub is free to use and includes, listing, reporting and order management functionality. Existing Selling Manager Pro subscribers will continue to be charged $15.99 and will have access to eBay Seller Hub. Selling Manager Pro remains free for Premium and eBay Anchor Store sellers.

Starting this fall, we will start sending invitations to opt in to eBay Seller Hub to selected sellers. You can be one of the first to take advantage of the new experience by requesting opening day access now. eBay Seller Hub should be available to all eBay.com sellers by the end of the year and we plan for all sellers to have access worldwide in 2016.

Does the listing functionality in the new eBay Seller Hub support fitment for Parts & Accessories?
Initially, this functionality will not be available at launch. However, our plan is to add fitment for Parts & Accessories in 2016.

Am I required to use eBay Seller Hub?
No, you are not required to use eBay Seller Hub and even once you opt-in, you can opt-out at any time. However, eBay Seller Hub will make selling on eBay much easier through one central location where you can receive reporting, performance metrics, listing capabilities and order management tools. With the added reporting and functionality that eBay Seller Hub offers, you may want to start using it now—or after the holiday selling period—as it will help you grow and manage your business. We expect that all professional sellers will use eBay Seller Hub in 2016.

If I try eBay Seller Hub, can I opt out and revert back to the previous experience, and—if so—how?
Yes. There will be an option in eBay Seller Hub allowing you to revert back to your current environment.

If you are paying for a Selling Manager Pro subscription and opt in to eBay Seller Hub, you will continue to be charged the current monthly fee.

Is eBay Seller Hub available on mobile devices?
eBay Seller Hub is accessible via browsers on mobile devices. It is not integrated within eBay apps.

Is the eBay Seller Hub available to international sellers?
For now, eBay Seller Hub will only be available to US sellers who list via eBay.com. We will be expanding eBay Seller Hub to International sites in the future.

Will eBay Seller Hub affect third-party providers?
Your third-party provider experience will not be impacted by eBay Seller Hub.

Will the eBay Seller Hub have information around returns?
Yes. eBay Seller Hub includes a new returns and cancellation page, accessible via the Orders tab, where you can efficiently manage your returns and cancellations.

Will eBay Seller Hub have information regarding shipping?
Yes, eBay Seller Hub will provide the same information related to shipping—including eBay labels, the ability to add tracking numbers, and the ability to print invoices in bulk—as Selling Manager does today.

What’s going to happen to the pages I currently use to access eBay tools and features?
You’ll be able to access these pages via eBay Seller Hub. If you’re not opted in to Seller Hub, you can access eBay tools and features, just as you do today.

Will I be able to manage my eBay Store from eBay Seller Hub?
Yes, you’ll be able to manage your Store via the Marketing tab, in eBay Seller Hub. You can manage everything related your Store, branding, promoted listings, markdown manager, promotions manager, and more.

Can I create listings in eBay Seller Hub?
Yes, you can create a listing by clicking the Create listings button under the Listings tab.

Where are my Sold listings?
You can find your Sold listings under the Orders tab.

Where can I go to see what eBay promotional offers are available to me?
eBay will provide information on promotional offers available to you on the eBay Seller Hub Overview tab.

What sorts of information are the sales performance, history metrics, and insights based on?
That information is based on historical data and current market dynamics.
Global selling

Will eBay Seller Hub have information regarding the Global Shipping Program?
Yes. On the Order Management tab, you’ll be able to filter orders based on whether or not you are opted in to the Global Shipping Program.

Will eBay Seller Hub have information regarding cross-border trade?
If your item is listed on eBay.com but sells internationally, the sale will be reflected in eBay Seller Hub reports. If the item is listed on an international site, you won’t see it in your sales reports.

Will Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro still be available? I pay for a monthly Selling Manager Pro subscription. What happens when Selling Manager Pro becomes free, or when I opt in to the eBay Seller Hub?
Yes, both will still be available. eBay Seller Hub is free to use and includes, listing, reporting and order management functionality. How will I access my marketing tools?
All marketing tools—including Promoted Listings, Promotions Manager, and those that come with an eBay Stores subscription—will be available on the Marketing tab.

Do the same listing fees apply when listing through eBay Seller Hub?
Yes. Listing fees are consistent among the various listings tools.

You can access external applications in the Seller Tools module on the Overview tab.
