Biggest Find: Portenza Tile Flooring - $350
Over the past three months, Jo-Anne Mackley Dobkins was able to turn her boring beige bathroom into her very own Taj Mahal.
Gone were the peeling linoleum floors and countertops with cigarette burns. In came bowl sinks, a mahogany vanity, open steam shower, Italian tiles in rich colors and the pièce de résistance, a raised Jacuzzi soaking tub.
"I am the only female in my house and was craving a space to call my very own where I could soak away the cares of the day," Dobkins said. "With eBay, I was able to find everything I ever dreamed of in order to make the space my very own. Now when my people come to the door and ask for me, my kids say, 'She's in the bathroom as usual, let me take you there.'" |
