What is the Promotion?

Qualifying Members (“Members”) who activate the offer and then complete one or more sales of Qualifying Trading Cards during the Promotion Period, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein, will receive a 50% discount on Final Value Fees (the “Promotion”). Discounted Final Value Fees will be applied to the total amount of the sale of the Qualifying Trading Card(s), including the cost of the item and shipping, sales tax, and other applicable fees. The Promotion will apply to variable Final Value Fees only; all other fees, including per-order fees, insertion fees, international fees, and optional listing upgrade fees will not be eligible. All existing selling limits on your account (as well as category and item limits) still apply, and may prevent you from creating the maximum number of listings in this Promotion. Qualifying Trading Cards:

Trading Card (“Qualifying Trading Card(s)”) must be (i) listed in one of the below categories (“Qualifying Categories”), (ii) sold for $1,000.00 or more (including taxes, the shipping service the buyer selects, and other applicable fees), and (iii) sold before the Promotion Period ends.

Qualifying Categories:

• Sports Trading Cards > Trading Card Singles

• Non-Sport Trading Cards > Trading Card Singles

• Collectible Card Games > CCG Individual Cards

Who’s eligible?

The Promotion is available to Members who: (i) activate the Promotion; and (ii) meet eBay’s minimum seller performance standards. Please sign in to My eBay and view your Seller Dashboard to verify whether your account is currently meeting the standards.

When is it?

This Promotion will begin on Monday, March 3, 2025 at 00:00:01 PST (12:00 AM plus one second), and will end on Sunday, May 4, 2025 at 23:59:59 PST (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds), for listings on www.ebay.com (the “Promotion Period”).

How do I activate the Promotion?

Members will automatically receive the Promotion after they activate the Promotion. Please note that the discount may not be shown during the listing process. Instead, the discount will be reflected in the "Seller Account” section in My eBay, under the Account tab, or in your next invoice or financial statement.

*Restrictions & Exclusions

• The Promotion excludes listings created after—or scheduled to start after—the Promotion Period.

• Listings that do not sell before the end of the Promotion Period will not qualify for the Promotion.

• The promotion only applies to a single Trading Card sold in the following categories:

  • Sports Trading Cards > Trading Card Singles

  • Non-Sport Trading Cards > Trading Card Singles

  • Collectible Card Games > CCG Individual Cards

• Both graded and ungraded cards are eligible for the Promotion.

• For Non-Store and Starter Store Subscribers, sales $1,000 and over will receive a 50% discount on the 13.25% Final Value Fee of the portion of the sale up to $7,500, and will not apply to the standard 2.35% fee for portions of the sale above $7,500.

• For Basic and Above Store Subscribers, sales $1,000 and over will receive a 50% discount on the 12.35% Final Value Fee of the portion of the sale up to $2,500, and will not apply to the standard 2.35% fee for portions of the sale above $2,500.

• All listings must comply with all applicable eBay policies, including eBay’s Duplicate Listing policy that allows for the removal of duplicate fixed price listings.

• The Promotion is only valid for listings on the US site at www.ebay.com.

• Fees for optional listing upgrades (such as reserve price, subtitle, Gallery Plus, listing in two categories, etc.) and any applicable PayPal fees for sellers whose payments are not managed by eBay will still apply. Please note: Not all features are available in all listing flows.

If I participate in the Promotion and meet the qualifications, what final value fees will I be charged for Qualifying Trading Cards that I sell during the Promotion Period?

eBay charges different final value fees depending on the category of an item and the total cost of an item as listed on the Selling Fees page. The below provides the standard final value fees for items listed in the Qualifying Categories of the Promotion:

Non-Store and Starter Store Subscribers

For Qualifying Trading Cards sold in Qualifying Categories on sales over $1,000 (including shipping and tax), a 50% final value fee discount applies based on the following rates:

• Portion of the sale up to $7,500: A 50% final value fee discount applies to the 13.25% final value fee.

• Portion of the sale above $7,500: A standard 2.35% fee applies

Basic and Above Store Subscribers.

For Qualifying Trading Cards sold in Qualifying Categories on sales over $1,000 (including shipping and tax), a 50% final value fee discount applies based on the following rates:

• Portion of the sale up to $2,500: A 50% final value fee discount applies to the 12.35% final value fee.

• Portion of the sale above $2,500: A standard 2.35% fee applies.

Please note: Discounted Final Value Fees will be applied to the total amount of the sale including the cost of the item, the shipping service the buyer selects*, sales tax, and other applicable fees.

When are Final Value Fees charged?

Final Value Fees are charged upon the completion of a sale. eBay deducts fees and selling costs associated with your sales from your funds prior to payout.

How do Final Value Fees relate to Authenticity Guarantee?

They are not related. eBay’s Authenticity Guarantee is a service designed to protect sellers and allow buyers to shop with confidence, without any additional cost. Our expert authenticators physically inspect all eligible items before they are shipped to buyers. They also inspect all returns prior to sending them back to sellers. If I list an item during the Promotion Period, when do I have to sell my Qualifying Trading Cards by to take advantage of the Promotion?

The listing must sell by the end of the Promotion Period, May 4, 2025 at 23:59:59 PST (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds), to be eligible for the Promotion. All auctions must conclude before the end of the Promotion Period. Items that are not paid for before the Promotion Period ends are still eligible for the Promotion provided payment is completed within 7 days after the Promotion Period ends. Final value fee discount will be credited within 14 business days after the payment is complete.

Can I sell through an Auction or Buy It Now listing?

Both Auction and Buy It Now listings are eligible for the Promotion. Auctions can start at any price, but the item must be sold for $1,000 or more, (including taxes, the shipping service the buyer selects, and other applicable fees). Best Offers can be accepted, but the item must also be sold for $1,000 or more (including taxes, the shipping service the buyer selects, and other applicable fees).
