A 'counterfeit' product is one which carries a brand for a manufacturer which is not the actual manufacturer. For example, a watch which has a face proclaiming it as a Rolex but in fact has the movements of another brand. Our service center is required by the manufacturers to confiscate any counterfeit products which are sent in for service. This is to protect the integrity of those brands, and to prevent circulation of such products.
