Q. What is the USPS Savings Program?
A. The USPS Savings Program is open to PowerSellers at the Platinum and Titanium level with more than 2,500 transactions per month on average, and to eBay Top-rated sellers. Each receives Commercial Plus pricing (domestic Priority Mail and Express Mail) from USPS when they pay postage and print shipping labels using eBay labels. PowerSellers at the Bronze, Silver, and Gold level still get Commercial Base discounts via eBay labels.
Q. Who is eligible for the USPS Savings Program?
A. eBay Top-rated sellers and PowerSellers at the Platinum and Titanium level with more than 2,500 transactions per month on average qualify for Commercial Plus pricing.

Q. I am eligible for the Commercial Plus discounts. Are the discounts available for all USPS services?
A. Discounts are available for Domestic Express Mail® and Domestic Priority Mail®. Some USPS services are not available for USPS Commercial Plus Pricing including First Class Mail®, Media Mail®, Parcel Post®, Priority Mail International®, and Express Mail International®.
Q. I'm a PowerSeller and I enrolled in the program but I don't see an extra savings in my shipments. Why?
A. Only Platinum and Titanium PowerSellers with more than 2,500 transactions per month on average, and eBay Top-rated sellers, receive USPS Commercial Plus pricing. PowerSellers at other levels still get Commercial Base pricing.
Q. How do I know if I meet the minimum transactions per month to qualify for the USPS Savings Program?
A. You can refer to your Seller Dashboard in My eBay for a record of your transactions.
Q. Will the shipping calculator support the Commercial Plus discounts I get through the USPS Savings Program?
A. No. The shipping calculator will not show the Commercial Plus pricing. Discounts are applied when you print your label on eBay.
Q. I received USPS Commercial Plus pricing last month but I'm not getting the discounts this month. Why?
A. You must maintain your Platinum or Titanium PowerSeller status and ship more than 2,500 transactions per month on average or, if you are an eBay Top-rated seller, maintain this status to be eligible for the Commercial Plus discounts. If you regain your PowerSeller level and monthly shipping threshold or if you become an eBay Top-rated seller again, you will be automatically re-enrolled in the USPS Savings Program.
