1Set up your seller accounts, it only takes a few minutes.

• Register to sell (be sure to do this even if you have a buyer account).
• Create a  account to securely accept online payments.

2Use our research tool to pick and price your items correctly.

• Choose what to sell—start with something easy to ship that you don’t mind parting with, no matter what price it brings.
• Do a search for similar items—both currently for sale and in completed listings—to get an idea of your competitors pricing and shipping costs. Pay attention to their titles, photos, and how they described items. Watch our video on Researching the Marketplace for step-by-step instructions.
  

3Prepare your photos and description.

• Be sure to show off your item from all angles. Watch our 2-minute video on shooting great pictures.
• Write an enticing title and description. Be honest, detailed, and mention any flaws. For helpful tips, be sure to check out our guide to writing a good title and description.

1Start with our "Keep it Simple" form. Here you'll add your title, pictures, description,
      and shipping and payment options.

2Enter your  account to accept online payments.

3Select how you want to ship.

• Consider USPS flat rate Priority Mail or choose Calculated Shipping to determine the actual cost of shipping to your buyer.

1Stay on top of questions and payments in My eBay.

2Ship packages promptly and get paid faster.

• When you receive payment notification, simply log in to My eBay and with a few clicks, you can print and pay for a shipping label pre-addressed with your buyer's information. Get all the details in a 2-minute shipping label video.
  
  
• By printing labels online through My eBay, your buyer is automatically notified of the shipment and you'll get paid faster. You can use the proceeds from your sale to pay for your postage and funds from your item will be available faster in your PayPal account. Learn more about funds availability.
