Why did eBay add Pay to the header?
Many new buyers on eBay have told us that they would like better guidance on how to pay sellers for their eBay purchases. By adding "Pay" to the header, buyers will now be able to easily locate all their recent eBay purchases within the new "Pay for Items You've Won" page to pay for their items.

Will all my recent purchases be displayed when I click on the "Pay" link?
After logging in, you will see all items you have won or purchased on eBay within the last 30 days. If you have purchased multiple items from the same seller, these will be displayed together. Once you have paid or completed Checkout for these items, these items will no longer be displayed on the page (but will still be accessible from My eBay).

How is this page different than My eBay? Will this page be part of My eBay?
Currently, the new "Pay for Items You've Won" page (linked from the header) will be separate from the My eBay Bidding/Buying page.

The items appearing on the "Pay for Items You've Won" page will be a subset of the items that appear in the "Items I've Won" section of My eBay. The "Pay for Items You've Won" page will only show you the items still awaiting payment, whereas the "Items I've Won" table in My eBay will display all the items you've won including those paid for and those not yet paid for.

We are currently exploring ways to integrate the new "Pay for Items You've Won" page into My eBay in the future. Stay tuned!

Why do some items show a "Pay Now" button, and others show a "Pay for this item" link?
If sellers offer PayPal or use eBay's checkout system, then a "Pay Now" button will appear to direct you through the payment steps. If sellers do not offer PayPal and do not use eBay's checkout system, then a "Pay for this item" link will appear to instruct you on how to contact your seller directly to arrange payment.

I have already paid for the item but have not gone through eBay checkout. Is there a way to remove these items from the "Pay for Items You've Won" page? Not at this time. However, we are considering this as a possible future enhancement.

I have purchased multiple items from a seller. Can I send combined payment from this page?
Yes! Locate the items you would like to send payment for from the "Pay for Items You've Won" page. When you click the "Pay Now" button, you will be prompted through the payment process where you can send a combined payment for all your items. Will my items still appear in the new "Pay for Items You've Won" page even if I don't use Checkout?
Yes, your items will appear for your buyers in the "Pay for Items You've Won" page even if you don't use Checkout. However, the "Pay Now" buttons will not appear on your items. Instead a "Pay for this item" link will provide additional instructions for your buyers to contact you directly to arrange payment directly.

How do I get the "Pay Now" buttons to appear on my items?
"Pay Now" buttons help your buyers pay you more easily. To turn on "Pay Now" buttons on your listings, you will need to turn on Checkout. Go to My eBay, click on the Preferences tab, and then Select the "Update selling payment preferences" link. From the preferences page, choose the "Show Pay Now button for all payment methods" option.
