Discount applies to final value fees for qualifying sales. Insertion fees and optional listing upgrade fees may apply. Additionally, for sellers on eBay managed payments, applicable order and international fees will apply.

What is the Promotion?

Invited sellers (“Sellers”) who, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein, sell one or more listings on ebay.com and create an eBay shipping label with FedEx (excluding FedEx SmartPost) or UPS as the shipping service option, will receive a 20% final value fee credit on Qualifying Transactions, (the “Promotion”).

To qualify for the fee credit, items must (i) be shipped using an eBay Shipping Label with FedEx or UPS as the selected shipping service option by Thursday, December 10th, 2020 (“Qualifying Transactions”);.

An item is considered listed when it is posted for sale on eBay.com and remains active until 1) the item sells or 2) the end of the listing period is reached. An item is considered sold when it is paid for in full by a buyer.

Please note: Refunded final value fees will be applied to the total amount of the sale of Qualifying Transactions, including the cost of the item and shipping, and excluding sales tax. All existing selling limits on your account (as well as category and item limits) still apply, and may prevent you from creating the maximum number of listings allowed by this Promotion. How will the final value fee be calculated?

Sellers not on eBay managed payment

The final value fee is calculated as a percentage of the total amount of the sale. The total amount of the sale is the amount the buyer pays, including any shipping and handling charges. Sales tax is not included in the calculation. View your applicable selling fees page for full details.

The Promotion is available to invited Sellers who meet eBay’s minimum seller performance standards.

When is it?

This Promotion will begin on Monday, October 26th, 2020 at 00:00:01 PT (12:00AM plus one second), and will end on Thursday, December 10th, 2020 at 23:59:59 PT (11:59PM plus 59 seconds), for listings on www.ebay.com (the “Promotion Period”).

How do I get the Promotion?

Sellers that have been invited to participate will be eligible for the Promotion once they receive an invitation by email, Message Center or Promotions Offer Module. Listings must be created on the US site at www.ebay.com through the Sell Your Item form, eBay Seller Tools, eBay Mobile applications, and most third-party tools. Please note that the refund will not be shown during the listing process. Instead, the refund will be applied as a credit to your seller account within 60 days after the Qualifying Transaction.

Additional Restrictions & Exclusions

• The following categories are excluded from the Promotion: Cars & Trucks; Motorcycles; Boats; Powersports; Other Vehicles & Trailers; Real Estate; Classified Ad listings; Heavy Equipment; Food Trucks, Trailers & Carts; Commercial Printing Presses; Coins & Paper Money; and Gift Cards & Coupons. For eBay managed payments sellers, these aforementioned categories are in addition to any categories restricted by the managed payments restricted categories policy available here.
• Fees for optional features (such as reserve price, subtitle, Gallery Plus, listing in 2 categories, etc.) and any applicable PayPal fees will still apply. Please note: Not all features are available in all listing flows.
• For sellers not on eBay managed payments any applicable PayPal fees will still apply. For sellers on eBay managed payments, any applicable order and international fees will still apply.
• All listings must comply with all applicable eBay policies, including eBay’s Duplicate Listing policy that allows for the removal of duplicate fixed price listings.
• This Promotion is only valid for listings on the US site at www.ebay.com or with an eBay Mobile application in the US.

The Promotion is subject to U.S laws, void where prohibited, not redeemable for cash, has no face value, and cannot be combined with any other final value fee offer. eBay may cancel, amend, or revoke the Promotion at any time, including in response to fraudulent activity.
