Please note: Invited sellers must activate the Promotion by selecting “Activate offer” from within the invitation email, the Promotion landing page, or from within the Promotional Offers module within My eBay. Items listed prior to a seller activating the Promotion, or Monday, October 1, 2018, will not be eligible for the discount.

What is the Promotion?

Invited sellers (“Sellers”) who activate the offer, and pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein, list in a Qualifying Category (“Qualifying Category”**) in the auction-style, auction-style with the Buy It Now feature added, or fixed price formats (including Good ‘Til Cancelled listings), with any listing duration, during the Promotion Period, will receive a 50% discount on final value fees (collectively referred to as “Promotion”) for the first 10 items sold.

**Qualifying Categories are limited to the following:

• Clothing, Shoes & Accessories
• Jewelry & Watches
• Health & Beauty
• Musical Instruments
• Consumer Electronics

Please note: Discounted final value fees will be applied to the total amount of the sale including the cost of the item and shipping, excluding sales tax. All existing selling limits on your account (as well as category and item limits) still apply, and may prevent you from creating the maximum number of listings in this Promotion. Listing fees may apply, depending on how many listings you have already created; learn more about seller fees, including number of free listings per month, by viewing our everyday rate plan.

Who’s eligible?

This Promotion is available to Sellers who: (i) received an email and/or message in My eBay; (ii) activated the Promotion; and (iii) meet eBay’s minimum seller performance standards. Please sign in to My eBay and view your Seller Dashboard to verify whether your account is currently meeting the standards.

When is it?

For listings in the US, this Promotion starts on Monday, October 1, 2018 at 00:00:01 PT (12:00AM plus one second), and will end on Sunday, October 7, 2018 at 23:59:59 PT (11:59PM plus 59 seconds) for listings on www.ebay.com (the “Promotion Period”).

How do I activate the Promotion?

Invited sellers who first activate the offer and then create listings on eBay at www.ebay.com through the Sell Your Item form, eBay Seller Tools, eBay Mobile applications, and most third-party tools. Please note that the discount may not be shown during the listing process. Instead, the discount will be reflected in the “Seller Account” section in My eBay, under the Account tab, as well as in your next invoice.

• This Promotion is only valid for listings on the US site at www.ebay.com or with an eBay Mobile application in the US.
• Fees for optional features (such as reserve price, subtitle, Gallery Plus, listing in 2 categories, etc.) and any applicable PayPal fees will still apply. Please note: Not all features are available in all listing flows.
• The Promotion excludes listings created prior to activating the offer and listings with a start date prior to, or after the Promotion Period.
• The Promotion will apply to initial listings as well as relists and Good ‘Til Cancelled renewals that occur during the Promotion Period. Any listings that relist or renew outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible for the Promotion.
• All listings must comply with all applicable eBay policies, including eBay’s Duplicate Listing policy that allows for the removal of duplicate fixed price listings.
