You will see eBay on your card statements. You can check your email or your Purchase History on eBay for order confirmation. If you have an issue, you can contact customer service at eBay. All eligible transactions are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee, and any other protections that may be offered by your form of payment.

How do I use coupons for items?

Many eBay coupons may be used for eligible purchases site wide. Terms and conditions will apply, such as minimum spend requirements, required form of payment, and/or seller eligibility.

To pay for an item or part of your purchase with a coupon, enter the code in the ‘Gift cards, coupons, eBay Bucks’ section at checkout, and select ‘Apply’.

Other coupons might require a simple click-to-apply at checkout. In this case, you can select the “Apply Coupon” button on the yellow banner at checkout, and the discount will be applied to the total purchase amount.
