If you are a member of the PowerSeller program in the United States or Canada and you have maintained excellent detailed seller ratings (DSRs) equal to or greater than 4.6 over the last 30 days in all four areas-item description, communication, shipping time, and shipping and handling charges you can get up to 15% discounts on your Final Value Fees or Transaction Services Fees on Motors Vehicles sales.
