Some program benefits may vary by PowerSeller sales level or by a seller's detailed seller ratings (DSRs). The PowerSeller program and benefits are FREE for all who qualify and join.

Only PowerSellers have the opportunity to become a Top-rated seller and receive the highest rewards available to sellers. See Requirements for information on how to become a Top-rated seller. In addition to the PowerSeller benefits, Top-rated sellers will receive:

Discount on Final Value Fees
The requirements for and benefits of Top-rated seller status are changing this spring. Read more. Top-rated sellers earn a 20% discount on Final Value Fees, recognizing and rewarding sellers who consistently provide excellent customer service on eBay. Top-rated sellers are eligible for discounts as follows:

Top-rated seller discounts
US and Canadian sellers who are Top-rated sellers receive 20% discounts on Final Value Fees on listings listed on eBay.com and eBay Motors. Canadian sellers: Top-rated seller benefits such as promotion in search, discounts, and Top-rated badging in search results pages and on the item page will launch this fall in Canada.

Customer Support
eBay provides PowerSellers and Top-rated sellers with priority customer support and technical assistance. The level of service is based on your activity on the site as follows:

• Bronze/Silver: 24 hour email support, phone support from 6am-10pm Pacific time
• Gold /Platinum: 24 hour email support, phone support from 6am-10pm Pacific time, specialized account servicing
• Titanium: 24 hour email support, phone support from 6am-10pm Pacific time, eligible for designated account management

Unpaid Item Protection
Although all sellers receive a Final Value Fee credit when the seller closes an Unpaid Item dispute, and an Insertion fee credit by relisting and selling the item the second time, US and Canadian PowerSellers and Top-rated sellers also receive credit for Listing Feature fees for eligible listing formats and features as noted below.

No sign up is required for Unpaid Item Protection. PowerSellers and Top-rated sellers automatically receive the Feature fee credits when an Unpaid Item dispute if closed, as long as PowerSellers or Top-rated seller status is retained from the listing start date through the date when the Unpaid Item dispute closes. Note that sellers must have an account in good financial standing (no overdue balances) and be a registered user (not suspended) when the fees are credited back.
