on 02/22/2006.
Which listings are eligible to use Feature Packs?
Value Pack and Pro Pack combinations will be available for listings on eBay.com, eBay Motors (for non-vehicle listings), Ad Format and also for all Business & Industrial categories.
Which listings are excluded?
Value and Pro Pack combinations will not be available for Motors vehicles(the existing Motors Pro Pack is still available, see eBayMotors.com for details) and Store
Inventory listings.
How do I add the Value and Pro Packs to
my listings?
You can add either of the Packs in the Sell Your Item form where you normally select Listing Upgrade Features.
Can I add these through Turbo Lister or other selling tools?
Yes, you can take advantage of either of these Packs through Turbo Lister and other 3rd part selling tools by individually selecting each Feature. Note: you will not see them listed bundled together when using Turbo Lister or other 3rd Party Tools.
Are there any requirements for using either Value Pack or Pro Pack?
To use Pro Pack you must have a feedback score of 10 or more because
Featured Plus! requires a feedback score of 10 or more. There are no
requirements to use Value Pack.
What is Gallery Featured?
Gallery Featured allows your item to
appear in the special Featured Section above the Picture Gallery.
Is the Gallery Featured Upgrade new to Motors Non-vehicles sellers?
Yes. The
Gallery Featured upgrade is a new listing upgrade that will now be available to Motors Non-Vehicles sellers. Gallery Featured can be added as a stand-alone feature for listings or as part of the discounted Pro Pack combination.
How does Gallery Featured differ from Home Page Featured (Motors Non-vehicles)?
With Home Page Featured, your listing will rotate on eBay's home page in the special "Featured Items" section, as well as appear on our special "Featured Items" page. Gallery Featured allows you to have a photo that is almost double the size of a normal Gallery photo and get placement in the "Featured" section in Gallery View.
How is the Pro Pack (currently available in Business & Industrial categories) affected?
Pro Pack listings in Business & Industrial capital equipment categories will now include Gallery Featured. The new price for Pro Pack will be $29.95. only listings created after 00:00 PT February 22, 2006 will reflect the Gallery Featured upgrade.
Can I use Value Pack and Picture Pack together?
If you choose Picture Pack, the Value Pack option will no longer appear since Gallery is already included in Picture Pack. However you can still choose to add Listing Designer and Subtitle separately.
Can I use Value Pack with either Home Page Featured or Gallery Featured?
If you choose Home Page Featured or Gallery Featured, the Value Pack option will not be visible. However can still choose to add Listing Designer and Subtitle separately. (Gallery is already included in Gallery Featured.)
If I am selecting the upgrades contained in one pack but don't physically choose that pack (while in the Sell Your Item form) will I still get the discount?
Yes, you can either individually chose each feature within a Pack or chose the Pro Pack and/or Value Pack and still get the discounted rate.
What if I want to remove one of these upgrades when revising my item?
Once you
choose either Value Pack or Pro Pack, you will not be able to remove the
upgrade through the Revise Your Item process. However, you will still be
able to revise your Subtitle or select a new Listing Designer
theme.
