What if I just sent my item(s) in?
What if the item has no value?
Our first priority is to bring value to the consumer by offering top dollar for gadgets. But if the product has no value, we will help you recycle the item by providing a free prepaid shipping label. The cost to you is still zero and you can rest assured that the item is recycled responsibly. The recycler that AllTechWholesale currently works with is ECS Refining, which is a pledged e-steward. E-stewards are organizations that are committed to the highest standard for globally responsible electronics recycling and refurbishment.
Is my Instant Sale offer guaranteed?
The Instant Sale offer price is guaranteed as long as the actual condition of your device matches the description that you provide. Please do your best to describe your item as accurately as possible. There are cases where the evaluators at AllTechWholesale, who have evaluated tens of thousands of items, may find something you missed. Remember, if you don't agree with their assessment, you can have your device shipped back to you at no cost. Here is a checklist of the most common things to look for to ensure you are describing your item accurately:
- Liquid damage - Please refer here to see how to check for liquid damage in many popular devices. Sometimes phones can show signs of liquid damage even if they are functioning perfectly. This is because popular devices like the iPhone have external liquid damage indicators that can get tripped by a small splash of water, some rain or even sweat from your face while talking. These items have to be treated as broken when AllTechWholesale resells them as buyers are very conscious of this!
- Wrong device - Is your phone an iPhone 3G or 3GS? Is your Blackberry a 9630 or 8900? Is your iPad 16 or 32GB? The value of your device changes based on the answers to these questions, so please check and ensure you have recorded an accurate model and capacity (if applicable) for your device!
- Item condition - Look at your device as though you were buying it from someone and assessing it because the new owners of these devices will look them over carefully and check every nick, scratch and dent. Even small nicks and scratches can decrease the resale value of an item, so check carefully before choosing a condition.
While you are completing your transaction and you select a condition for your item, you will have an opportunity to decide what you would like us to do if your item does not meet the selected condition, or you only send in a portion of the items indicated, or you send in a different item than indicated in your order. You can either choose "Pay me the revised offer" or "Return the item".
If you select "Pay me the revised offer", in most cases you will be paid the revised offer in any of the situations above. You wouldn't be paid the revised offer if your item is determined to be in BROKEN condition. In that case, your item will be returned to you regardless of your selection. Generally we find that that most sellers are not happy with a revised offer for a broken item.
If you select "Return the item", the item will be returned to you at no cost, unless you receive an email with a revised offer, and you accept that revised offer. Revised offers expire, so we encourage you to review any communication about your transaction in a timely fashion so we can be sure to honor your wishes with respect to accepting a revised offer or returning the item to you.
What do I do if I don't get my money?

In the case that you aren't getting the answers you need, you can contact eBay customer support.
How long will it take for the money to be deposited in my PayPal account?
Once the item is received by AllTechWholesale and the condition confirmed, Instant Sale's policy is that the money will be deposited in your PayPal account within five (5) business days.
