Solve a problem

It’s a good idea to start by becoming familiar with how eBay Stores work. On the eBay home page, click the Stores tab and then click the “Open a Store” link on the right side of the page. Review the information on the “What’s an eBay Store?” page. When you’re ready to open your Store, click the Open a Store now! button.

I’m going on vacation. What do I do with my store?

While you’re away, you want to make sure your buyers don't have a negative shopping experience by buying items and unexpectedly waiting a long time to receive them. Before you go on vacation, visit My eBay. In the left column, scroll down to the Shortcuts section, and click the “Manage My Store” link. Next, click the “Store Vacation Settings” link (located under Related Links on the lower left side of the page). Then, choose how you want to place your Store on vacation.
