With an eBay Store, you’ll get everything you need to create a central shopping destination where buyers can learn about you and all the products you sell. You’ll receive powerful tools for designing your Store, plus marketing and reporting features, exclusive access to the Store inventory format, and dedicated toll-free customer support. Learn how to get started with eBay Stores.
It’s a good idea to start by becoming familiar with how eBay Stores work. On the eBay home page, click the Stores tab and then click the Open a Store link on the right side of the page. Review the information on the What’s an eBay Store? page. When you’re ready to open your Store, click the Open a Store now! button.
While you’re away, you want to make sure your buyers don't have a negative shopping experience by buying items and unexpectedly waiting a long time to receive them. Before you go on vacation, go to My eBay, and click the Manage My Store link, and then click the Store Vacation Settings link. Options for placing your Store on vacation are: make your Store inventory listings unavailable, display a vacation message in your listings, and display a vacation message in your Store. You can use any or all of these options. Note that if you make your listings unavailable, buyers will still be able to buy any watched items while you're on vacation.
