Tip: To select all of your Sold items, select the check box in the heading bar above the list of sold items.

  2. Select the item you want to print:

    • US Postal Service or UPS shipping label

    • Address labels and invoice/packing slip

Printing US Postal Service (USPS) or UPS shipping labels

To use this feature you need a PayPal account. You'll also need to know the size and weight of the package.

If you're using a shipping option other than US Postal Service or UPS, select Other (see description) in the Shipping & Handling section, and add the shipping information under Notes to buyer.

Note: Pop-up blocker software must be disabled on your browser.

To print a US Postal Service (USPS) or UPS shipping label:
  1. From Selling Manager, click Awaiting Shipment.

  2. Select the records you want to print shipping labels for.

  3. Click the Print button.

  4. Select US Postal Service or UPS shipping label.

  5. Click the Continue button.

If you select US Postal Service, you can create your shipping label and packing slip on eBay.

If you select UPS, you'll be taken to PayPal to create your labels. In both cases, you use your PayPal account to pay for shipping. To make printing labels on eBay faster, you can select the option to automatically pay for shipping from your PayPal account.

Payment and shipping status is updated automatically when a buyer uses eBay checkout, or when you print a label in Selling Manager.

You can also update the payment and shipping status manually.

Voiding a shipping label

If you need to void a shipping label, you can do so within 48 hours of creating the label. Learn more about voiding a shipping label.

  2. On the Create and print a customs form page, enter the item details.

  3. Select the check box next to the statement "I have read the shipping prohibitions and restrictions …"
