In the Summary View, Selling Manager Pro provides you with alerts to inform you of items that may require additional attention. The alerts are updated every 10 minutes just like the Quick Stats section in the Summary View
The only alert that you can edit is Restock Alert. All others are automatic.
Alert
Description
Bulk feedback error
Indicates that one or more feedbacks couldn't be left for the buyer.
Email error alert
Indicates that your bulk or automatic emails encountered an error while they were being processed. The alert will be displayed until you try to re-send the email.
Clicking this link directs you to a filtered version of the Sold View that will only display the listings for which the emails failed.
Note: Errors for emails sent individually are displayed in real time and are not counted in the alert.
Feedback alert
Track which feedback comments sent automatically or in bulk encountered an error. The alert is displayed until you try to leave feedback again.
Clicking this link will direct you to a filtered version of the Sold View that will only display the listings for which feedback failed.
Note: Errors for feedbacks sent individually are displayed in real time and are not counted in the alert.
Negative feedback alert
Notifies you of all of the negative feedback comments you received within the past seven days.
Clicking this alert will direct you to the eBay Review and Respond to Feedback Comments Left for You page.
New electronic payments received
A count of payments you received via PayPal in the previous 7 days and which you have not yet marked Shipped.
Clicking this link will direct you to a filtered version of the Sold View that displays only the sold items with electronic payments waiting to be shipped.
Num FVF's eligible
Clicking on this alert takes you to a filtered view containing only sales records where the user can request a Final Value Fee credit for a listing. This happens when a buyer doesn't pay and then doesn't respond to an Unpaid Item.
Num UPI's eligible
Tells you how many items are eligible for an Unpaid Item Reminder. Clicking on the alert shows the user a filtered view containing only sales records where you can send the buyer an Unpaid Item Reminder.
Payment not received
A count of your unpaid sold listings which closed at least 10 days before, and for which you have not yet submitted the final value fee credit.
Clicking this link will direct you to a filtered version of the Sold Listings view that will only display these sold listings.
Reminder (UPI) within 7 days.
Notifies you that you can recover the cost of having listed the item on eBay.
Restock alert
Helps you identify which one or more of your products are running out of stock. Appears when any of your products have reached their restock alert limit.
Clicking this alert will direct you to a filtered version of the Inventory view that will display only these products.
For each product you can set a restocking limit on the Product Details view. When this limit is reached this alert is triggered. See the Manage Inventory section for more information.
