Scheduling gives you the flexibility to list items on eBay at a starting day and time you choose—up to 3 weeks in advance. You can create your listings at your convenience and control the time they start and end.
Note: To make your listings searchable at a specific time, you may want to schedule them a day in advance. Although your listings will generally be searchable within 24 hours, for Trust and Safety reasons, there are times when this may take longer.
In the "How you're selling" section of the Sell Your Item form, select a start date from the Scheduled start pull-down menu.
Select a start time for your listing.
Complete the Sell Your Item form, and click the List your item button on the Review Your Listing page.
You can view your scheduled items in the Pending Items view in My eBay.
Notes:
There is an additional fee for each listing you schedule to start at a later time. There's no additional fee if you start your listings immediately. (See Fees page)
Fees charged are those applicable at the actual start time, not when the listings are submitted using the Sell Your Item form.
You can schedule a maximum of 3,000 listings and up to three weeks in advance.
You need to place a credit card on file for billing purposes in order to schedule listings.
