A-Z index
With Selling Manager, you can track all your selling activity from one convenient location—in My eBay. To help you sell more efficiently, your listings are grouped according to their status. We call these "views."
You can display your Selling Manager views by clicking the links on the left side of the Activity tab of My eBay, under the Selling Manager or Selling Manager Pro heading.
In your views, you’ll find the last 90 days of listing activity and sales records, as well as archived sales records from the last 120 days.
The following table summarizes what you'll find in each view. To quickly display a view, click the link in the left column of the table.
View
Description
Summary
Provides a snapshot of your selling activity. This is your "home page" for Selling Manager.
To display the Summary view, click the Selling Manager or Selling Manager Pro heading on the left side of the Activity tab in My eBay.
Scheduled
Displays listings that you scheduled but aren't yet active.
Active
Displays listings that are currently active or “live” on the site.
Unsold
Displays listings that ended without a buyer.
Sold
Displays sales records for listings that successfully sold.
Ended Listings
Displays all listings that ended, including those that sold, didn't sell, or were canceled.
To display the Ended Listings view, go to the Summary view and click the Ended Listings (Last 90 days) link in the Listing Activity section.
Archived
Lets you look up the details of sales that you’ve already handled. This view displays sales that you manually archived from the Sold view or that were automatically archived for you after 90 days.
Inventory (Selling Manager Pro only)
Lets you track how much product you have in stock, set up templates for listing those products, and define rules for automatically listing or relisting. Learn how to get started with inventory.
Reporting (Selling Manager Pro only)
Summarizes your profit and loss for the current month and the past three months. Learn how to download reports about your sales.
Automation Preferences (Selling Manager Pro only)
Lets you automate your buyer email and Feedback, or temporarily suspend any listing automation that you’ve set up. Learn more about your automation preferences.
Tip: Most views let you search for listings based on criteria you choose, such as the item title, item number, or selling format. You can also customize your views to include the information you want to see.
The Summary view for Selling Manager appears first when you go to My eBay. It provides an overview of your selling activity, your account status, and shortcuts to frequently used features and information.
For example, your Summary view provides shortcuts that let you quickly jump to:
Active listings that are ending soon or have offers, bids, or questions
Ended listings that sold, didn’t sell, or are eligible for a free relist credit
Sold listings that are awaiting payment, awaiting shipment, or paid & shipped, as well as those that you need to leave Feedback for
Sold listings that are eligible for an unpaid item case or final value fee credit
Products that are running low on stock (Selling Manager Pro only)
To return to the Summary view from anywhere in Selling Manager, click the Selling Manager or Selling Manager Pro heading on the left side of the page.
Section
At a Glance
Summarizes your sales volume over the past 120 days.
Alerts & To Do's
Notifies you about items that might require your attention. Clicking the alerts and to do's takes you directly to the appropriate page where you can perform the necessary actions.
Listing Activity
Summarizes your scheduled, active, and ended listings. Clicking the links takes you directly to the listings.
Summarizes the items that you've sold by their status and provides reminders about next steps, such as shipping, leaving Feedback, or attending to unpaid item cases.
Seller Dashboard Summary
Provides a snapshot of how you're doing as a seller, including your performance standard status, your seller level, and your policy compliance. Learn more about your Seller Dashboard.
Account Status
Summarizes your last invoice amount, recent account activity, and current account balance. To add this section to your Summary view, click the Page options link at the top of the Summary view and select Account Status.
Product Inventory (Selling Manager Pro only)
Summarizes your inventory status, including your total inventory and number of products that are low or out of stock.
Manage My Store (eBay Store owners only)
Provides shortcuts that help you manage your eBay Store.
Store Categories I'm Tracking (eBay Store owners only)
Tracks the total sales for categories in your eBay Store. To select the categories you want to track, click the Edit link in the section header and select the categories to be displayed.
Favorite Links
Displays shortcuts to common tasks such as selling an item, revising a listing, and viewing your PayPal account.
Additional Selling Resources
Displays shortcuts to information and resources for sellers, including Seller Central and eBay listing policies
To display the Active view, click the Active link on the left side of the Activity tab in My eBay.
What’s in the Active view
The Active view displays all of your listings that are currently active on the site.
When a listing ends, it’s automatically moved to the Sold or Unsold view.
What the columns mean
The columns display information about each listing, including the title, format, start date, and time left.
For multi-quantity listings, you can use the Available Quantity and Initial Quantity columns to see how many items remain to be sold.
The More actions drop-down menu, located in the far right column, lets you make changes and perform other tasks.

Search for active listings, using the search box and options at the top of the page
Sell a similar item
Revise a listing
Add to an item description
End a listing
Add a note to a listing record
Automatically relist an item that doesn’t sell
Selling Manager Pro users have additional options for automatically listing and relisting items.
To display the Scheduled view, click the Scheduled link on the left side of the Activity tab in My eBay.
What’s in the Scheduled view
The Scheduled view displays listings you’ve scheduled to start at a future date and time.
The columns display information about each listing, including the title, format, duration, and start time.
The Action drop-down menu, located in the rightmost column, lets you make changes and perform other tasks.

Selling Manager Pro users have additional automation options for listing and relisting items.
The Sold view helps you manage your post-sales activities.
To display the Sold view, click the Sold link on the left side of the Activity tab in My eBay.
What’s in the Sold view
The Sold view displays sales records for all the items you’ve sold in the past 90 days.
To further track where you are in the sales process, you can use the links below the Sold view on the left side of My eBay to display sales that are:
Awaiting Payment
Awaiting Shipment
Paid & Shipped
The columns display information about each sale, including the buyer’s user ID, sale price, and sale date. To display the buyer’s information and more detail about the sale, click the Record # for the transaction.
The rightmost columns display status icons that help you track your post-sales tasks.
The Action drop-down menu lets you perform common post-sales tasks, such as sending an invoice or marking an item as paid.

Open an unpaid item case or cancel the transaction
Update information on the sales record, including the buyer’s address and shipping cost

To display the Unsold view, click the Unsold link on the left side of the Activity tab in My eBay.
What’s in the Unsold view
The Unsold view displays listings that ended without a buyer. These listings either received no bids, or the reserve price wasn't met.
The columns display information about each listing, including the title, item number, format, end date, and whether the listing is eligible for a free relist credit.
If the Relist status icon () is gray, your listing is eligible for our free relist credit. If the arrow is blue (), your item has been already been relisted and doesn't qualify for a relist credit.
The Action drop-down menu, located in the rightmost column, lets you relist or perform other tasks.

Delete unsold items
What’s in the Ended Listings view
The Ended Listings view displays all listings that ended in the last 90 days, including those that sold, didn't sell, or were canceled.
The columns display information about each listing, including the title, item number, format, end date, status (sold, unsold, or canceled), and whether the listing is eligible for a free relist credit.
If the Relist status icon (), is gray, your listing is eligible for our free relist credit. If the arrow is blue (), your item has been already been relisted and doesn't qualify for a relist credit.
The Action drop-down menu, located in the rightmost column, lets you relist the item or sell similar items.

To keep the Sold view from becoming cluttered with sales that you’ve already handled, you can archive your sales records. If you don’t manually archive your sales records, Selling Manager automatically archives them for you after 90 days.
Tip: Your Archived view retains sales records from the current month and the preceding three months. To save your records for a longer period of time, consider downloading your sales records.
What’s in the Archived view
Your Archived view displays sales records that were archived from the Sold view, including:
Sales records that were automatically archived after 90 days
Sales records that you manually archived from the Sold view
The rightmost columns display status icons that show which post-sales tasks were performed.
The Archived view lets you easily look up information about past sales and perform a limited number of post-sales tasks.
Update the sales record, including the buyer’s information, payment details, and shipping information
Email the buyer, print an invoice, or leave Feedback, from the sales record.
Tip: If you need to perform other actions, such as relisting, you can move the sales record back to the Sold view by clicking the Move to Sold View button.
