eBay Motors vehicle listings are those within the Passenger Vehicles, Motorcycles, Powersports, and Other Vehicles categories.

You can list vehicles in National, Local Classified Ad, and Local Market (for subscribed dealers) formats.

All fees are in U.S. dollars.

National listing fees

Basic fees

You pay only an insertion fee and a successful listing fee to list a vehicle on eBay Motors.

The successful listing fee is charged when you receive your first bid on a listing without a reserve price or when your reserve price is met. There's no additional fee charged after the vehicle sells.

You won't be charged a successful listing fee if:

• There's no bid on your item.

• No bids meet the reserve price on your reserve price listing.

Otherwise, you'll be charged a successful listing fee, whether or not you carry out the sale with the buyer.

* Vehicles that are relisted using the official eBay Relist feature don't count toward the listing count if you use the same vehicle identification number (VIN) as your original listing. There's no charge to relist your vehicle if you've listed less than 5 vehicles since you opened your account. If you've listed 5 or more vehicles, you'll be charged a $20 insertion fee. You'll also be charged $20 for all relists, even if you relist one of your first 4 vehicles.

**All other fees (PayPal fees and all other optional listing upgrade fees) still apply.

Your first 5 auction-style, single-quantity listings to be listed on the site in a 30-day period have an insertion fee of $0.00 for eligible categories, including Parts & Accessories. (See insertion fees for more information.) These $0.00 insertion fee listings also have a successful listing fee per listing of 8.75% or $20, whichever is lower. Additional listings within the 30-day period and multi-quantity listings are subject to the following insertion fees and successful listing fees.

Local listing fees

• If your seller account is suspended for any reason, any balance on your account immediately becomes due and payable. eBay reserves the right to immediately charge any amount that you haven't previously disputed to your billing method.

• Seller fees don't purchase exclusive rights to web pages on eBay. eBay may, in our sole discretion and without consent from or payment to sellers, place third-party advertisements on any web page within our site.

• Insertion fees and optional feature fees are charged at the time of listing and are nonrefundable.

• Fees apply to each listing you create. If you create identical listings—listings with an identical title, listing format, and bidding activity—only one will appear in search or browse results. To view all listings, click a link at the bottom of the search or browse results page.
