The Donation Account section of My eBay allows you to view and manage your donation activity associated with sales from Giving Works listings.
You can check the status of your donations, view your list of favorite nonprofits, make donation payments, download your donation history, request tax receipts, select your payment method, and get help with your Giving Works account.
To view your donation account:Select the My Account tab.
Click the Donation Account link.
The Donation Account section of My eBay contains the following areas:
Your Donation Account is located under the My Account tab and has the following views:
My Summary: A snapshot of your eBay Giving Works activity.
Donations Due: View and make any eBay Giving Works donations that you owe.
Donation History: Track the status of your eBay Giving Works listings and request tax receipts for your donations.
Preferences: Manage your information-sharing with nonprofits.

My Summary
My Summary is a My eBay snapshot of your eBay Giving Works activity. It includes:
eBay Giving Works Announcements: News for sellers about eBay Giving Works.
Fundraising Activity: The combined value of all of your eBay Giving Works donations, plus breakdowns of your listings, transaction count, and donation value for the current year and month. It will only appear if you have prior eBay Giving Works listings.
Donations Due
Your Donations Due section lets you view and make any of the eBay Giving Works donations that you owe. MissionFish automatically collects your donation from your donation payment method on the donation due date (the 4th Monday after your listing ends).
You can also choose to make any donation you owe before the due date with the one-time donation option.
The one-time donation payment method:
Allows you to select your payment method.
Allows you to waive your right to request a refund, which lets your donation be paid and makes your tax receipt available.
Note: A one-time donation payment does not limit you from making future donations to the same nonprofit.

Any donation marked as Overdue indicates a problem with your selected donation payment method (for example, an expired credit card) and requires immediate attention. You won’t be able to create new eBay Giving Works listings until you make all overdue donations.

Donation History
Your Donation History tracks the status of your eBay Giving Works donations, and allows you to download your status spreadsheet and request tax receipts for completed donations.
By default, a list of all donations over the past 60 days appears. Use the search and filter tools to see donations from a specific period of time, donations of a particular amount, or to see donations by status.
Donations appear with the following statuses:
Payment In Process: Donation submitted by the donor but not received by MissionFish (for payments by direct debit, check, and EFT).
Paid:
Donation received by MissionFish.
Refund Pending: Donation refund has been requested.
Refunded:
Full donation was returned to donor (usually the result of an unpaid item).
Partially Refunded:
Part of the donation was returned or waived by MissionFish.
Waived: Full donation was waived by MissionFish (like a refund, for donations that were not paid yet).
Delivered: MissionFish delivered the donation to the nonprofit.
Helpful dates for each status appear when you place your pointer over the status. A donation is delivered to the nonprofit on the donation delivery date.
A tax receipt is issued to you by MissionFish for each completed donation. For tax purposes, you can create a tax receipt for your records to document your donations. A tax receipt for a donation is available after its official donation date.
To create a tax receipt:From Donation Account section of My eBay, click the Donation History link. This shows your donation activity to date. (If you would like a copy of this list for your records, click the Export to Excel button.)
Select the check boxes for the donations you want to include in your receipt.
Click the Request a Tax Receipt button.
When your receipt appears, click the Print button to print out your receipt or click the Download PDF Version link to save your receipt as a file.

Important: Official donation date
Every eBay Giving Works donation has an official donation date. This date is important: it is the date that your donation was legally "made." Your tax deduction must be claimed with the IRS for the year when it was made. This official date appears on the tax receipt provided by MissionFish.
Preferences
To share your email and mailing addresses with the nonprofits you support, change your eBay Giving Works preferences:
Select the Account tab, and then click the Donation Account link.
Click the Preferences link.
Click the Show link next to eBay Giving Works.
Select the Yes check box, and then click the Apply button.
Regardless of your preference, nonprofits you support will always receive your full name.
Donation Payment Method
When you start selling with eBay Giving Works you must put a payment method on file for making donations. By default, your donation payment method is the same as your automatic payment method for paying eBay fees.
If your eBay fees payment method and your donation payment method are the same, we will keep these two payment methods in synch. Updates to your fees payment method will also update your donation payment method.
Note: If your fees payment method and your donation payment method are different, your donation payment method won't be updated if you update your fees payment method. You will have to update your donation payment method separately.
You can also change your donation payment method so that it is different from your automatic payment method for eBay fees. You can only have one donation payment method on file at a time: if you add a new method, the old one will be deleted.
To change your donation payment method:Select the Account tab, and then click the Donation Account link.
Click the Donation Payment Method link.
Scroll down to the eBay Giving Works Donation Payment Method section.
You'll see 3 options:
Click the Edit link next to the type of donation payment method you want to put on file.
Complete the fields as directed.
Note: If you have overdue donations, MissionFish will collect them automatically once you have selected your new donation payment method.
