Finding items you listed for sale

To find an item you listed for sale, do one of the following:

  • To see your listings in My eBay: Go to My eBay > Activity > Sell > Active to see all your current listings.

  • To see your listing on eBay: Click the Advanced link next to the Search button at the top of most pages, and enter your item number. You can find your item number in your listing confirmation email or in My eBay.

Filtering your active listings

If you have multiple active listings, and you only want to view certain items, you can apply a filter in My eBay.

To filter your active listings:
  1. Go to My eBay > Activity > Sell > Active.

  2. Select one of the filter links that appear below the Active Selling header. You may need to scroll to the right to see all available filters.

You can filter your items by whether or not they've received a bid, had a price or shipping markdown, are eligible for the Global Shipping Program, and more.

If you can't find your item on eBay

If you recently added or revised a listing, it might not immediately appear on eBay. Listings are generally searchable within 24 hours.

If it's been more than 24 hours and you still can't find your item on eBay by searching or browsing:

  • Check for errors in your item's title. Avoid using special characters (such as !, /, @) in your title. Make sure you haven't accidentally run 2 words together. For example, BeatlesPoster rather than Beatles Poster. Learn how to revise your listing title.

  • Make sure that your item is allowed on eBay. In some cases, items that aren't allowed or that violate our rules won't appear in search results. Learn more about our offensive material policy.

  • Make sure that you're searching for words that are in your item's title. Searching for Antique Clock won't return your item if you haven't used the words Antique and Clock in your title.

  • Check My eBay. If you listed duplicate auction-style listings, there will be a note in the selling section of My eBay stating that your listing will be available on eBay after you receive a bid on the identical active listing. You can also see a list of the duplicate auction-style listings that aren't available on eBay by clicking the Duplicate listing not visible to buyers link in the Listing Activity section.

Finding your item after the listing ends

You can find listings that have ended within the last 60 days in My eBay.

To find an item after your listing ends:
  1. Click My eBay at the top of most eBay pages.

  2. In the Sell section, click Sold or Unsold.
