Selling on eBay Express

eBay Express features fixed-price items sold on eBay by experienced sellers. Shoppers on eBay Express can buy from multiple sellers in a single session. Sellers who meet a few basic requirements will automatically have their items appear on both eBay and eBay Express at no additional cost.

Seller requirements

Sellers who want their items to appear on eBay Express must:

  • Maintain a feedback score of at least 100 or more, 98% positive or better.

  • Maintain a public feedback profile.

  • Be registered as a U.S. registered seller, or Canadian registered seller shipping from the U.S.

  • Support your listings with a PayPal Premier or PayPal Business account.

  • Ensure your PayPal account settings are set to ship to unconfirmed addresses or make sale-by-sale decisions ("Ask me for unconfirmed addresses").

Listing requirements

  • List on eBay.com.

  • List in Fixed Price, Store Inventory or Auction-style with Buy It Now format.

  • Items must be located in the US.

  • Use Pre-Filled Item Information for listings within Books, DVDs & Movies, Music, and Video Games.

  • Allow shoppers to pay by single, combined payments for their purchases. You can specify this by going to your Selling Preferences within My eBay. Look for the Combined Payments and Shipping Discounts section.

  • Use eBay checkout or the new checkout integration API (for 3rd party order processing).

  • Listings must include a photo, the item condition via Item Specifics, and shipping costs in the shipping fields.

Transactions and payment

Your communication channels, policies, feedback system and dispute resolution are the same on both sites. Shoppers on eBay Express will be able to communicate with you just as they would on eBay.

When a buyer purchases an item on eBay Express, the listing immediately closes on both Web sites. Sellers will be paid immediately through PayPal.
