You can download individual sales records from the Sold view in Selling Manager.
In the Sold view, select the listings you want sales records for and click the Download button. You'll get a message indicating that the sales records are being prepared for download.
When prompted, select Save this file to disk and click OK. Select the directory you want to save to, and click Save.
Click Continue when the download is complete.
eBay will process your download request, and send you an email with a link to a file for you to download. It may take a few hours to complete your request.
From My eBay, click Selling Manager or Selling Manager Pro to see the Summary view.
From the left column under Seller Tools, click the File Exchange (or File Management Center) link.
Click the Create a Download Request link.
Select the type of listings and records you want: Active, Sold, Awaiting Payment, etc.
Select a date range.
Enter or verify the destination email address.
The comma-separated values (CSV) file with your sales data will be generated, and you'll receive an email when it's ready. You can then import this file in many popular software packages such as Microsoft Excel®. If you don't have Microsoft Excel, use any text editor to view the file contents.
Selling Manager Pro subscribers: You can also download your active records—choose to download all current listings, or only those listings closing within a specific date range.
Selling Manager Pro subscriberscan schedule download requests to be processed on a regular basis. You'll receive an email when the file is ready.
You can select your download schedule:
Daily includes all records from the previous day from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
Weekly includes the previous 7 days of sales records. You'll also need to choose the day of the week you want the file sent. For example, if you choose Sunday, then all records from 12:00 AM the previous Sunday until 11:59 PM on Saturday will be included in the file.
Monthly includes records from the preceding calendar month. For example, if, on February 15, you set up a recurring monthly download of all your Sold items, then during the beginning of March you'll get a file with all your Sold items from 12:00 AM February 1 to 11:59 pm February 28. If it's a leap year, you'll get all records from 12:00 AM February 1 to 11:59 PM February 29.
From My eBay, click Selling Manager Pro to see the Summary view.
From the left column under Seller Tools, click the File Exchange link.
Click the Create Download Schedule link.
Select the type of listings and records you want: Active, Sold, All Product Inventory, etc.
Select the frequency and timing of your scheduled download: Hourly, Weekly, Monthly.
Enter or verify the email address where you want the download sent.
Click the Save button.
