Like other views in My eBay, you can change the way your views in Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro look. These include sorting, filtering, number of items displayed per page and columns displayed. Different views have different customization options.
To customize your views you can
Sort listings
Paginate listings
Change columns displayed
Sorting your listings
In each Selling Manager view, an arrow next to the column heading shows you which column is being used to sort your listings. The direction of the arrow, up or down, tells you if your listings are being sorted in ascending or descending order. Columns used to sort, have headers that are blue and underlined and resemble hyperlinks.
You can change both the sort column and the sort order for your listings in any view in the Selling Manager:
Sorting by column - To change the sort column, click the column heading that you want to sort by.
Changing sort order - To change the sort order; click the column heading that is the current sort column. The arrow will change directions.
Sorting Limits - You can sort up to 5000 listings. If you have more than 5000 listings in a single view, the sorting functionality will be disabled.
Sorting by title - When sorting by Title, you are limited to 800 listings. If you have over 800 listings in a single view, you will no longer be able to sort by Title. Instead of sorting by Title, you can always search by Title.
Classified Ad listings - For Classified Ad listings, you can sort by the number of leads in the Active and Unsold views.
Note: The next time that you sign in, Selling Manager will remember your preferred sort column and order. You won't have to re-sort your listings every time you sign in.
Paginating your listings
At the top of each of your views, Selling Manager displays the number of listings or sales records available in that view. The first time that you use Selling Manager, your views will display 25 listings or sales records per page. You can display as few as 10 listings per page or as many as 200.
From the View page, click the "Customize" link.
In the Display section, select the number of items per page you want displayed in your view.
Click the Save button to save your changes. Your view will refresh and show the number of listings or sales records per page that you chose.
Selling Manager will remember your pagination preference when you return to Selling Manager after signing out. Each view will keep the pagination settings.
Changing columns displayed
You can change the columns of information shown in a view. The columns available depend on the specific view. For example, for your Active View you can select to display or not display Reserve Price and # of Offers.
Click the "Customize" link in the view you want to customize.
Select your desired columns from the Available Columns list.
Click the icon to add a column to your view.
To change the order of your columns, select the column you wish to move, then click or icons.
Click the Save button to save your preference and return to your view.
