Subscribing to and using Selling Manager applications
In this article

Selling Manager applications are offered by third-party developers and, in some cases, by eBay. These applications run within My eBay. When you subscribe to a Selling Manager application, you are subscribing with the application developer, although we facilitate the subscription and use of the application.

For information about pricing or your statement see Selling Manager applications: Pricing and statements.

Subscription requirements

To subscribe to Selling Manager applications, you must:

  • Be registered as a seller on the U.S. eBay site

  • Have a subscription to Selling Manager or Selling Manager Pro

Finding an application

You can explore the Selling Manager applications to find ones that suit your business needs by using the Selling Manager applications directory in My eBay. The applications directory includes descriptions of the applications and details about pricing and requirements. See Tips for finding what you need in the Selling Manager applications directory.

To find an application:
  1. Go to My eBay.

  2. Click the Applications tab.

  3. Click the Go to selling applications directory link.

  4. Browse the list of applications, or search by type using the Selling Manager applications links in the left navigation.

  5. Click the name of an application.

Subscribing to an application

To subscribe to the application:
  1. In the Selling applications directory, click the application you're interested in.

  2. On the page that describes the application, click the Subscribe button.

  3. Choose your subscription plan or try out an application for a free trial period before you subscribe.

  4. Review and accept any terms of use and privacy policies, and then click the Continue button.

  5. Set up your automatic payments with PayPal.

If you've already subscribed to any of these applications on the developer's website, but want to access the Selling Manager version within eBay, you need to unsubscribe and then subscribe to the Selling Manager version of the application in My eBay. You'll need to specify the automatic payment method again, but your existing billing account will be used. Your account will show both the old and new billing statements.

After you've subscribed to an application, you can open it from My eBay.

To open an application:
  1. Go to My eBay.

  2. Place your pointer over the Applications tab, and then click the Manage your applications link. The Selling Manager applications you're currently subscribed to are listed under Your applications.

  3. Click the Start button next to the application you want.

Unsubscribing from an application

Before you cancel a subscription, we recommend you contact the developer of the application to get help using the application or resolve any questions you might have.

If you decide to unsubscribe, follow these steps:
  1. Go to My eBay.

  2. Place your pointer over the Applications tab, and then click the Manage your applications linkto see a list of all the applications you're subscribed to.

  3. Click the Other actions link, and then select Unsubscribe.

Applications you've recently unsubscribed from are listed under Unsubscribed applications (last 60 days). You can subscribe again or contact the application's developer for assistance.

Contacting the application developer

For help with any of the applications in the Selling Manager applications directory, contact the developer of the application directly. The developer of each application knows the application best and is uniquely qualified to help you with it.
