I can't find the item I listed for sale. Where is it?
If you recently listed an item or revised a listing, it might not appear immediately when you search or browse. Although listings are generally searchable within 24 hours, to help make eBay a safer place to buy and sell, there are times when this may take longer.
To find your listing, do one of the following:
View the listing in My eBay: On the Activity tab of My eBay, in the Sell section, click Active to see your current listings.
Search by item number: Click the Advanced link at the top of the eBay home page, and then click By item number on the left side of the page. If you don't know your item number, you can look it up in your confirmation email or in My eBay.
Still can't find your item?
If it's been more than 24 hours and you still can't find your listing by searching or browsing, try the following:
Check for errors in your item's title: Avoid using special characters (such as !, /, @) in your title. Make sure you haven't accidentally run 2 words together. For example, you might have entered your title as BeatlesPoster instead of Beatles Poster. Learn how to revise your listing title.
Make sure that you're searching for words that are in your listing title: Searching for Antique Clock won't return your listing if you haven't used the words Antique and Clock in your title.
