Find your assistance easily on the siteWe are making changes to the current Help area to make it easier for you to find your information when you need it. 1. We will add our most commonly asked questions to the bottom of several main pages (Bidding, Item, Search Results, etc) because most users want immediate help when viewing a particular eBay page.
If you don't find the question you're looking for, click on the "Contact Support" link on the answer page for additional information or a personal email response from Customer Support.
2. When you click on "Contact Support" (as indicated in bullet #1 above), you'll be able to find Instant Help. Just choose a topic and the question that best relates to you, and our search engine will find the answer immediately for you.
3. If Instant Help doesn't answer your question, click the link at the bottom of the page to send an email and get a personal response from Customer Support.
4. We will also improve our existing Help area. Here are the changes:
The Basics page in Help will feature top questions and answers relating to major areas such as Bidding, Selling, Registration, etc. This improved Basics page will replace the old Overview page.
You will find the new Basics and Billing sections when you click on Help in the Navigation bar.
