Third-party logos, services, or representations that appear to validate, verify, or claim trustworthiness of eBay members aren't allowed on eBay. You may include information about your reputation on eBay (such as Feedback ratings) in your listings, but you can't manipulate the information or make claims based on your eBay reputation that buyers won't be able to verify.

Information that guarantees the transaction or item, but not the seller, such as:
“Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back”
“Protected transaction guaranteed for up to $25,000”
Information about seller confidence, such as:
“Buy with confidence! Check out my 1,000+ positive Feedback”
Information about eBay programs in specific categories, such as:
eBay Motors “Condition Guarantee by Seller”
Not Allowed:
Information or a seal that endorses a seller, such as:
Information or a seal that manipulates eBay Feedback, such as:
"100% positive Feedback in authentic watches"
Why does eBay have this policy?
To maintain a safe marketplace, members aren't allowed to use third-party endorsements because we don't verify the authenticity or trustworthiness of third-party verification services. Manipulating any eBay reputation system (Feedback, the PowerSeller program, and so on) could confuse or mislead buyers.
