Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including:
- Review or guide cancellation
- Listing cancellation
- Forfeit of eBay fees on cancelled listings
- Limits on account privileges
- Loss of PowerSeller status
- Account suspension

The following examples are not allowed on eBay.
- A member is drafting a guide on how to use eBay, and reads a guide attempting to do the same. The member copies a
substantial amount of content and pastes it into his guide.
- A member likes part of a product review and copies and pastes it into the review she is writing without receiving the
original writer's permission.
- A member takes a picture from another guide and includes it in his guide in an effort to enhance the guide.
