Policy overview
We don't allow humans, the human body, or any human body parts or products to be listed on eBay, with two exceptions. Sellers can list items containing human scalp hair, and skulls and skeletons intended for medical use.
Make sure your listing follows these guidelines. If it doesn't, it may be removed, and you may be subject to a range of other actions, including limits of your buying and selling privileges and suspension of your account.
What are the guidelines?

Allowed |
Items that contain human scalp hair (such as lockets or wigs) Clean, articulated (jointed), non-Native American skulls and skeletons used for medical research
|

Restricted |
If you are selling a first-class relic, you must state in the item description what the relic is made from. If it's a human remain it can't be sold if it's made from any body part except human scalp hair. |

Not allowed |
Examples of prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
any of these items included as a gift, prize or giveaway in connection with another item listed on eBay
You can't sell any of these items even if you state they are intended for medical research. |
Why does eBay have this policy? The sale of humans and human remains is prohibited by law, and sellers can't list them on eBay.
