Policy overview
eBay doesn't allow the sale of or offers of services that are illegal, sexual in nature, or that violate eBay's User Agreement.
Please look at our Specialty Services categories to see the kinds of services allowed on eBay.
Make sure your listing follows these guidelines. If it doesn't, it may be removed, and you may be subject to a range of other actions, including limits of your buying and selling privileges and suspension of your account.

Some examples of the types of services that are allowed include:
Home improvement services A gift certificate for a spa massage but there can't be any hints of sexual contact in the listing

Offers for personal relationships, including in-person or online relationships Offers to become friends on online social networking sites like MySpace and Facebook Any listing that in any way offers or suggests sexual contact, including dating and escort services Personal advice and coaching Website traffic-driving services, search placement services, and banner ad services

Why does eBay have this policy? eBay wants to make sure that our members have a safe and enjoyable place to buy and sell services. We don't allow listings for services that are illegal, sexual in nature, or that violate our User Agreement.
