How do I print my own shipping labels?
If you're printing single labels (one for each item) and shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS), you can create and print your label right from the eBay site. If you want to print a UPS shipping label, you can do that through PayPal. You can also create multiple USPS labels on eBay.
Creating shipping labels is free—you only pay for the cost of shipping and other related services, such as insurance.
To create a single shipping label in My eBay:Click My eBay at the top of most eBay pages. You may need to sign in.
Click the Sold link on the left side of the page in the Sell section.
Find the item you want to ship, and then select the Print shipping label link from the More actions drop-down menu.
You'll be taken to PayPal. Log in to your PayPal account.
If you want to ship your item using UPS, click the Choose a different carrier link in the Package Information section.
Choose your shipping method from the Service type drop-down menu.
Fill out the information on the shipping label.
Item and other information may be prefilled for you based on your listing and the registration information for you and the buyer.
You can insure the items you're shipping. You'll see the insurance confirmation on your seller's receipt and the shipping label.
You can request Delivery Confirmation (free with Priority Mail and discounted with some other services).
You can show the cost of shipping on the label or keep that cost hidden. You specify whether to show shipping costs under Shipment Options. For international shipments, the shipping cost is always printed on the label.
If you're shipping internationally, you'll see customs forms. Fill those out. You'll also need to fill out customs form 2976-A when shipping to an APO or FPO address.
Double-check your information. The cost for the label will be deducted from your PayPal account. If you want to pay using another method, click the More Funding Options link in the Source of funds section.
Make sure your pop-up blockers are temporarily disabled, and then click the Purchase Postage button.
On the Finish printing your label page, click the Print label button. You can also click the Print a sample label button to make sure your label prints correctly.
Select from other options on the Finish printing your label page to manage your shipping.
