If you're printing single labels (one for each item) and shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS), you can create and print your label right from the eBay site. Creating shipping labels is free—you only pay for the cost of shipping.
Sign in to My eBay and click Sold on the left side of the page.
Select the check box next to each item you want to ship.
Click the Print Shipping Label button.
The Pay for shipping and print your label page appears.
Fill out the information on the shipping label.
Item and other information may be prefilled for you based on the registration information for you and the buyer.
You can insure the package. You'll see the insurance confirmation on your seller's receipt and the shipping label.
You can request delivery confirmation (free with Priority Mail and discounted with some other services).
On the Print Label Review page, review your label information. If needed, click the Change button and make any changes.
If you're shipping internationally, you'll see customs forms. Fill those out.
Click the Pay and Print button.
Review your payment information.
If you don’t have a PayPal billing agreement, you'll be asked to log in to PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, you'll need to create one using a credit card for your payment method.
If you have a PayPal billing agreement, you won't be asked to log in to PayPal and will be billed automatically.
Click the Continue button.
The Your label has printed page appears, with a Print dialog box.
Click the OK button, and your shipping label will print.
If you're printing multiple labels or using UPS, you'll create and print your label from PayPal.
