How do I print my own shipping labels?
If you're printing single labels (one for each item) and shipping through the US Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx, you can create and print your label right from the eBay site. You can also create multiple USPS labels on eBay.
Creating shipping labels is free—you only pay for the cost of shipping and other related services, such as insurance.
To create a single shipping label in My eBay:
Click My eBay at the top of most eBay pages. You may need to sign in.
Click the Sold link on the left side of the page in the Sell section.
Find the item you want to ship, and then select the Print shipping label link from the More actions drop-down menu.
You can print USPS and FedEx labels directly from eBay. For UPS labels, you'll be taken to PayPal and asked to log in to your PayPal account.
Confirm that your address and the buyer's address on the shipping label are correct.
Item and other information may be completed for your based on your listing and the registration information for you and the buyer.
Select your shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) from the Carrier drop-down menu in the package details section.
Select your shipping method from the Service drop-down menu.
Enter your package details, including package type, weight, and dimensions.
Select any additional services that you want to add. (Fees may apply.)
If you're shipping with USPS and your transaction is $750 or more, Signature Confirmation will be selected for you. You can remove this option. However, requiring a signature at delivery helps protect you if your buyer doesn't receive the item and opens an eBay Buyer Protection case.
Click the button to complete your label.
Follow the steps to print your label.
Note: You pay for USPS and UPS labels when they are printed. FedEx labels are charged when the package is delivered to the buyer and will appear on your monthly eBay invoice.
