You can use eBay and PayPal to create shipping labels and packing slips for items you've sold on eBay.
Use eBay to print US Postal Service and FedEx labels, and PayPal to print USPS and UPS labels. You can also use eBay to print several USPS labels at once.
There is no charge for printing labels on eBay. You only need to pay the shipping cost and the cost of any other services you choose.

Here's how printing labels and packing slips on eBay can save you time, effort, and money:
Click My eBay at the top of most eBay pages. You may need to sign in.
Click the Sold link on the left side of the page in the Sell section.
Find the item you want to ship, and then select the Print shipping label link from the More actions drop-down menu.
Note: For UPS labels, you'll be taken to PayPal. Log in to your PayPal account.
Confirm that your address and the buyer's address on the shipping label are correct.
Item and other information may be completed for your based on your listing and the registration information for you and the buyer.
Select your shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) from the Carrier drop-down menu in the package details section.
Select your shipping method from the Service drop-down menu.
Enter your package details, including package type, weight, and dimensions.
Select any additional services that you want to add. (Fees may apply.)
If you're shipping with USPS and your transaction is $750 or more, Signature Confirmation will be selected for you. You can remove this option, however, requiring a signature at delivery helps protect you if your buyer doesn't receive the item and opens an eBay Buyer Protection case.
Click the button to complete your label.
Follow the steps to print and purchase your label.
If you're shipping more than one item using USPS, you can create print up to 50 shipping labels at the same time.
Click My eBay at the top of most eBay pages. You may be asked to sign in.
In the Sell section on the left side of the page, click the Awaiting shipment link.
Select the items you want to print labels for, and then click the Print shipping labels button at the top of the page.
Click the Continue printing button.
On the next page, enter any missing information, such as item weight.
Make any additional selections in the Delivery Options section.
If there are any shipments you can combine, we'll notify you and give you the option to combine them.
When you're finished, click the Review and Pay button.
If you want to print Shipment Confirmation Acceptance Notice (SCAN) form for the USPS, select that option.
Review the information on the page and click the Pay with PayPal button.
Click the Print shipping labels button.
From the Shipping Labels section of My eBay you can manage labels you've already printed. From this section you can track your shipments, see details about them, reprint labels, void labels, print additional labels, or print a packing slip.
Click the Shipping labels link on the left side of the page in the Sell section. Note: The Shipping labels link also appears in Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro.
You can reprint, void, print additional labels, or print a packing slip by selecting the option next to the label.
You can reprint a label up to 10 times, but you can only reprint labels up to 24 hours after you first created and printed the label.
Don't use this option to print multiple labels for several packages in the same shipment. Instead, print another label.
If you're shipping an order in multiple packages (for example, a lamp base in one box and the lampshade in another), you can create and print more than one label for the same order.
You'll be able to change the shipping service, and your PayPal account will be billed again for the cost of the additional label.
When you void a label your PayPal account will be credited for shipping and any other charges within 14 to 21 days.
You can void the shipping label and insurance up to 5 days after you first create and print it.
FedEx labels are not charged until the package is delivered to your buyer. You don't need to void an unused FedEx label.
A packing slip is a receipt summarizing your sale on eBay.
To print a packing slip you need to create a shipping label first. If you don't want to create a shipping label, you can print the order details to use as a packing slip.
Click My eBay
at the top of most eBay pages. You may be asked to sign in.
Click Sold on the left side of the page in the Sell section.
Find the item you want to print a packing slip for and click the View order details link next to the item.
Note: You may need to click the More actions drop-down menu to find the View order details option.
On the Order details page, click the Printer version link on the top right side of the page.
Print the page.
Once you've printed your shipping label and prepared your package, you can schedule a pick up or drop off your package.
USPS: You can contact USPS and request that they pick up your Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express package
and any other packages for free with your regular mail service.
