You can use eBay to create shipping labels and packing slips for items you've sold on eBay. Use eBay to print US Postal Service and FedEx labels, or to print several USPS labels at once.
When you use eBay labels to ship an item, you only need to pay the shipping cost and the cost of any shipping services you choose, such as signature confirmation.
This page covers how to ship items you've sold on eBay. Printing return shipping labels for returns on eBay is a different process. Learn more about returns.

You can reprint a label up to 10 times. However, you can only reprint it up to 24 hours after you first created and printed it.
Note: To print multiple labels for several packages in the same shipment, just print another label. Don't use the reprint option.
If you're shipping an order in multiple packages (for example, a lamp in one box and the shade in another), you can print more than one label for the same order.
You can also change the shipping service. Your PayPal account is billed for the cost of the additional label.
When you void a label, your PayPal account is credited for shipping and any other charges within 14 to 21 days.
You can void the label and any insurance up to 5 days after you create and print it.
Charges for FedEx labels are only processed when the package is delivered to your buyer. You don't need to void an unused FedEx label.
A packing slip is a receipt summarizing your sale on eBay.
To print a packing slip, first create a shipping label. If you don't want to create a label, you can print the order details to use as a packing slip.
Find the item and click View order details.
Note: You may need to click the More actions drop-down menu to find View order details.
On the Order details page, click Printer version on the top right side of the page.
