Using PayPal internationally
US eBay sellers can have international buyers pay for items using PayPal. With a PayPal Premier or Business account, you can accept credit card and bank account payments from buyers in over 190 different countries and regions worldwide, in 24 currencies. There are 2 ways to do this:
List your item on eBay.com in US dollars and select PayPal as an accepted payment option. The PayPal logo is displayed on the listing page, and your buyer can pay immediately when the listing ends.
If your buyer's currency is supported, PayPal will automatically convert your buyer's payment into US dollars. For a complete list of supported currencies, see PayPal's Multiple Currencies list
List your item on any of eBay's international sites, and then send a money request
after the listing ends. Before using this option, please be aware of the following:
PayPal currently supports payments in multiple currencies including US dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars, and Yen. For a complete list of supported currencies see PayPal's Multiple Currencies list. If you list your item in any of the PayPal supported currencies, your buyer can pay in that currency using PayPal. Then, if you'd like, you can then convert the payment to US dollars in your PayPal account.
If you list your item in a currency not supported by PayPal, you can convert the ending price to any PayPal-supported currency and request the payment from your buyer in that amount. We suggest that you include the conversion rate you'll use in your item description.
Important: To list an item on an eBay site that's in a different country from the one where you registered, you may need to be PayPal Verified. For more information on listing on other sites, learn about selling internationally
