You can quickly find the information you want by searching in Customer Support. Click Customer Support at the top of most eBay pages,enter a few keywords, and then click the Search button. We'll show you an answer or several answers that we think match your search. If that's not what you're looking for, you'll also see a list of related help topics. Click the link or links that seem most relevant to you.
Searching in Customer Support does not search for items on eBay. To search for eBay items, go to the eBay home page, enter keywords about your item into the search box at the top of the page, and then click the Search button.
Tips:
Use as few, specific words as possible.
Don't use complete sentences.
Search is not case sensitive.
