You can quickly find the information you want by searching in customer support. Click Help at the top of most eBay pages, enter a few keywords, and then click the Search button. We'll show you an answer or two that we think matches your search. If that's not what you're looking for, scroll down and you'll see a list of related help topics plus a brief summary. Click the link or links that seem most relevant to you.
Searching in customer support does not search for items on eBay. To search for eBay items, enter keywords into the search box at the top of the help page, and then click the Go button.
Tips:
Use as few words as possible.
Don't use complete sentences.
Search is not case sensitive.
