After you buy or sell an item, you have a chance to rate your trading partner and leave a comment. Each member has a Feedback Profile, which is made up of the ratings and comments that were left for them by the buyers and sellers they’ve had transactions with.
My eBay is a great tool to help you keep track of your Feedback, especially if you buy or sell regularly.
Leaving Feedback
We encourage everyone to leave Feedback after each transaction.
To leave Feedback:Click My eBay at the top of most eBay pages. You may be asked to sign in.
Click the Account tab, and then click the “Feedback” link on the left.
Under Items Awaiting Feedback, find the item you want to leave Feedback for.
Click the Leave Feedback link under the Actions column.
Enter a rating and comment for your trading partner.
Click the Leave Feedback button.
Viewing Feedback you left
To view Feedback you left for other members:Click the Feedback score next to your user ID.
Click the Feedback Left for Others tab.
Note: You can enter a follow-up comment for Feedback you already left. Learn more about following up on Feedback.
Viewing Feedback you received
To view Feedback you received:Click the Account tab, and then click the Feedback link on the left.
Under Recent Feedback, click the View all feedback link.
Sellers: Click the Feedback as a seller tab to see Feedback you received.
Buyers: Click the Feedback as a buyer tab.
Note: You can leave a response to Feedback you received. Learn more about responding to Feedback you’ve received.
Sellers: Asking buyers to revise Feedback
If you’re a seller, you can send a limited number of requests to your buyers to ask that they change Feedback left for you. Use this form only if you’ve already talked to the buyer and resolved the issues that resulted in the negative or neutral Feedback, or if the buyer accidentally left incorrect Feedback.
To request Feedback revision:Click the Account tab, and then click the Feedback link on the left.
Under Recent Feedback, click the Request Feedback Revision link.
