Fill out the Independent Feedback Review webform at the link below. Be sure to include your User ID, the Item # in question, and the User ID of the member who left the Feedback.
eBay will send you an email containing your Case ID and a link to the independent Feedback review provider's Web site. eBay will randomly select the independent Feedback review provider that will evaluate your complaint.
Visit the independent Feedback review provider's Web site through the link in the email, pay the $100 non-refundable filing fee, and enter your comments.
The independent Feedback review provider will then contact the member who left the Feedback comment, to give him/her a chance to respond.
If the independent Feedback review provider feels there is not enough information to make a decision, he or she can ask either party for additional information.
When a determination has been made, an email will be sent to both the buyer and seller with the outcome. eBay will also be notified of the independent Feedback reviewer's determination.
If the independent Feedback reviewer recommends that Feedback be withdrawn, please allow two weeks for the changes to occur on your Feedback Profile.
