Losing Feedback privileges
In certain circumstances, members can lose Feedback privileges. For example, if a buyer doesn't pay for an item, or opens an eBay Buyer Protection case that is decided in the seller's favor, it can affect Feedback privileges for that transaction.
If a buyer hasn't paid for an item, a seller can open an unpaid item case in the Resolution Center. After the case is opened, the buyer has up to 4 days to pay or reach an agreement with the seller. If the buyer doesn't pay and doesn't respond to the case within 4 days, an unpaid item is recorded on the buyer's account, and the buyer won't be able to leave Feedback for that transaction. If the buyer has already left Feedback for that transaction, it will be removed.
If a buyer opens an eBay Buyer Protection case that is later decided in the seller's favor, any Feedback left by the buyer for that transaction will be removed.
