Finding a member's Feedback

Before you bid on an item or buy it with Buy It Now, check the seller’s Feedback Profile to view the seller's Feedback ratings and comments. Sellers may also want to view a buyer’s Feedback Profile to see how reliable the buyer has been in the past.

To view a member’s Feedback Profile, click the Feedback score next to the member’s user ID in the Seller Info section of the item listing page.

If you know a member’s user ID, you can also access their Feedback Profile using the Feedback Forum: Find Member page.

Usually, a high Feedback score and percentage is a good sign, but reviewing the member’s Feedback Profile can give you a more complete picture of the member’s trading history.
