When reporting email you have received from other eBay users, it is important that you include the complete email message header. In order to investigate your report, eBay must have a complete copy of the email you received with the full header included. Using this information, eBay can trace the pathway of the email you received back to the sender.

A header will look like a string of characters similar to the following example..
