Why is my eBay account suspended?
When your account was suspended you were sent an email that contained information regarding the reason your account was suspended and links to the relevant eBay polices.

How do I know if my account has been suspended?
When eBay suspends an account, eBay sends a notice of suspension via email to your registered email address identifying the reason(s) for your suspension. Also, when you attempt to login or access My eBay you will receive a message that identifies the reason for your suspension.

How do I get Reinstated?
The reinstatement of your account is not automatic. To have your account considered for reinstatement please contact eBay directly by replying to your suspension notice. If eBay has suspended more than one of your accounts, please be sure to include all associated user IDs in your request for reinstatement. Once an account is reinstated we may request additional verification from the seller to confirm their identity. We recommend that all sellers verify their accounts through the PayPal Verification process to help keep the marketplace safe for everyone.

Can I use eBay while my account is suspended?
While your account is suspended, you will be unable to use eBay in any way. This includes bidding, selling, and leaving feedback. If and when your account is reinstated, you will be able leave feedback for transactions you completed 30 days prior to the reinstatement of your account.

If eBay has suspended more than one of your accounts, please be sure to include all associated user IDs on your Request for Reinstatement.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Members who are suspended are prohibited from registering new accounts with eBay, or using any existing accounts. eBay reserves the right to suspend existing accounts, as well as new accounts opened by anyone in the same household of a suspended user, or by any other associates of a suspended user.

I can't access My eBay. How do I notify/remind my bidders?
While your account is suspended, you will be unable to log into your "My eBay" page. You will be able to contact bidders if and when your account is reinstated.
