If you see an item you want to keep track of, you can add it to your Watching list.
What does it mean to watch an item?
When you're watching an item, the listing appears in your Watching list in My eBay.
By watching an item, you can:View the current high bid
Place a bid or take another action
View the seller's other items
Get notified by email when the status of the listing changes or if the item is relisted
Adding items to your Watching list
Watching an item helps you keep track of it without having to bid or buy it immediately. If you decide to bid or buy it, you can do it quickly by clicking the watched listing on your My eBay page.
To watch an item:Go to the listing page of the item you’re interested in.
Click the Watch this item button under the Place Bid or Buy It Now button.
You can watch up to 200 items at a time.
To save time, you can add a Watch this item shortcut to your search results page. This allows you to quickly add items to your Watching list without having to open each listing.
To add this shortcut:Click the Customize view link at the top of your search results list.
Click Item Information, and then select the Watch This Item Link check box.
Click the Apply changes button.
Viewing your watched items
To view your watched items:Under the Buy section on the left side of the page, click the Watch link. You’ll see a list of all the items you’re watching.
Removing items from your Watching list
To delete a watched item:In the Buy section on the left side of the page, click the Watch link.
Check the box next to the item in your Watching list that you want to delete.
Click the Delete button at the top or bottom of the Watching list.
Once you’ve deleted an item from your
Watching list, you can’t restore it. You'll need to find the item again and add it to your Watching list.
