If you see an item you want to keep track of, you can add it to your Watch List. It's like bookmarking an item so you can easily get back to it and learn what happens.
What does it mean to watch an item?
When you're watching an item, the listing appears in your Watch List in My eBay. From your Watch List, you can:
View the item's current price
Adding items to your Watch list
Watching an item helps you keep track of it without having to bid or buy it immediately. If you decide to bid or buy it, you can do it quickly by clicking the watched listing in My eBay.
You can watch items from the eBay website or from the eBay mobile app.
To watch an item from the eBay website:
Go to the listing for the item you're interested in.
Click the Add to
Watch list button under the Place bid or Buy It Now button.
You can watch up to 200 items at a time.
Viewing items on your Watch List
To view items on your Watch List:
In the Lists section on the left side of the page, click Watch List & Other Lists, and then click the Watch List link. You'll see a list of all the items you're watching.
To view your Watch List on your smartphone:
Tap Watching to see your list of items. On a BlackBerry, select My eBay, and then select Watching.
Removing items from your Watch List
To delete a watched item:
Under the Lists section on the left side of the page, click Watch List & Other Lists, and then click the Watch List link.
Check the box next to the item that you want to delete.
Once you've deleted an item from your Watch List, you can't restore it. You'll need to find and add the item to your list again.
Adding a shortcut to search results
To save time, you can add a Watch this item shortcut to your search results. This allows you to quickly add items to your Watch List without having to open each listing.
To add a Watch this item shortcut:
Click the Customize view link at the top-right section of the search results page.
Click Item Information, and then select the Watch This Item Link check box.
Click the Apply changes button.
