If you need to contact your seller, follow the steps below.
Getting the seller’s contact information
To contact your seller, you can use the Ask a question on the listing page in the Seller info section.
To find the listing:Click the My eBay button at the top of any page.
Click the Won link in the left column.
To request your seller's contact information:Click the Advanced Search link at the top of most pages.
Click the Find contact information link in the Members section on the left side of the page.
Enter the seller's user ID and item number.
Keeping your contact information current
Make sure we always have your current contact information, so sellers can contact you after you win or commit to buy an item. If your correct information isn’t on file, the seller might be trying to contact you using inaccurate contact information.

About your privacy
Because your privacy is important to us, you can request contact information only for members who are involved in your current or recent transactions. If you haven’t completed a transaction with the member, we’ll provide only limited information.
Buyers can request contact information for a seller during an active transaction and in a successful, closed transaction if they're the winning bidder or buyer.
Sellers can request contact information for all bidders or buyers in an active transaction and the winning bidder or buyer in a successful, closed transaction.
