If you need to contact your seller, follow the steps below.
Contacting a seller
To contact a seller, use the Ask a question link in the listing.
Click the Ask a question link near the bottom of the listing. (You may be asked to sign in.)
On the Find answers page, choose the topic that best fits your question, and look for your question.
If you can't find your question, in the Did we answer your questions? section, select No, I want to contact the seller, and then click the Continue button.
Enter your question. Depending on the topic you selected in Step 2, you may be asked for additional information.
Enter the verification code for security purposes, and then click the Send button.
Note: Not all sellers accept questions before you buy an item, but all sellers accept questions after you've bought an item.
If you need to find the listing:
Click My eBay at the top of most eBay pages.
Click the Purchase History
link in the left column.
In some cases, you may be able to request your seller's contact information.
Click the Advanced link at the top of the eBay home page.
Click the Find contact information link in the Members section on the left side of the page.
Enter the seller's user ID and item number.
Keeping your contact information current
Make sure we always have your current contact information, so sellers can contact you after you win or commit to buy an item. If your correct information isn't on file, the seller might be trying to contact you using inaccurate contact information.

About your privacy
Because your privacy is important to us, you can request contact information only for members who are involved in current or recent transactions with you.
Buyers can request contact information for a seller if they're:
An active bidder on a listing that hasn't ended yet
The winning buyer of an ended listing
Sellers can request contact information for:
An active bidder on a listing that hasn't ended yet
The winning buyer of an ended listing
