Items should be listed as "New" if they meet all of the following criteria. If an item does not meet all of these conditions, it should be listed as "Used."

No markings	Item should not have holes, cuts or markings on the bar code or packaging
No signs of use	Item should be new, unopened, and unused
Complete contents	Item should have original packaging and include all original packaging materials
