To complete your eBay Giving Works sale, you can have your donation collected automatically and forwarded on its due date, or make a one-time donation for any completed listing appearing on your Donation Due page, including an overdue donation. The automatic payment is drawn from your preferred donation payment method.
The one-time donation payment method:
Gets your donation to your selected nonprofit as much as 14 days faster
Lets you select your payment method
Lets you waive your right to request a refund, pays your donation immediately, and makes your tax receipt available
Note: You can make future donations to the same nonprofit whether you use the automatic point-of-sale donation or the one-time donation.
Donations are due on the second Monday after your listing ends. If you haven't made a donation by the due date, it will be collected automatically by MissionFish, the nonprofit selected by eBay to administer the eBay Giving Works program. If your item doesn't sell, no donation is due.

during the review process.
You can monitor the status of your donations from your Donation History.
Fee credits and donation refunds
Refunds
When a buyer has not paid for your item, you have the right to request that your donation be refunded (if you’ve already made it), or waived (if you haven’t). Mark the donation refund check box in the “Report an Unpaid Item case” form.
Note: To be eligible for a donation refund, you must submit your request using the Resolution Center within 45 days of the end of your eBay listing. Learn how to report an unpaid item and request a donation refund from the Resolution Center.
Waive your donation refund
Once you receive payment from your buyer, you can waive your right to request a refund during the one-time donation payment review. This option allows MissionFish to deliver your donation faster. If you don't waive your donation refund, MissionFish holds the donation for at least 45 days to make sure you don’t need the money back.
Note: If you waive your right to a donation refund, your tax receipt will be available immediately.
