Viewing your donations due
The Donations Due section of My eBay shows donations you owe on your eBay Giving Works listings that sold, including overdue donations. For completed eBay Giving Works sales, you can make your donation in one of 2 ways:
Have the amount automatically withdrawn from your preferred donation payment method on the donation due date
Automatic donation collection
Your donation will be collected automatically by PayPal Giving Fund, our nonprofit partner, 22 to 28 days after your listing ends successfully, unless you make a one-time payment. Donations are due on the 4th Monday after the listing sells. If your item doesn't sell, no donation is due.
One-time donation payments
When you list an item using eBay Giving Works and it sells successfully, your donation will be due to the nonprofit. You can see all your donations due from the Donations Due section of My eBay. From there, you can also make a one-time donation payment using either the donation payment method you have on file, or by selecting one of these options:
If your donation is overdue, or your donations due add up to $1,000 or more, you have 2 additional payment method options:
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Choosing to make a one-time donation with an alternate payment method doesn't change your donation payment method on file.
By making a one-time donation payment you:
Send your donation to PayPal Giving Fund more quickly, up to 22 days faster than automatic donation collection
Select your payment method each time
Have the option to waive your right to request a refund and get your tax receipt right away
